Terms of use
for the test version.

Short and in plain language: what NaviVolta is, what it is not, and who is responsible for what while the app is in closed testing. The Bulgarian version is the one that applies.

Version 0.9 Effective from 15 September 2026 Contact navivolta.app@gmail.com
01

Who provides the app

NaviVolta is developed by Aleksandar Stoyanov, a private individual. Letters and complaints: navivolta.app@gmail.com. When the activity moves to a company, these terms will be updated and you will be told in advance.

02

What NaviVolta is — and what it is not

NaviVolta is an aid for planning trips in an electric car. Every figure for charge, range, time, charging price and savings is an estimate worked out from the data you entered and from public data. The app does not measure the car's battery.

It does not replace the car's dashboard, road signs, instructions from the authorities or your own judgement. Plan a reserve.

03

What the forecast depends on

Real consumption can differ considerably from the estimate. For example:

04

Charging station data

Station, availability and price data come from operators and public databases. Availability may be out of date, and a station may not work. The price shown is the one the source published at the date shown; the price at the station itself or in the operator's app is the one that applies. NaviVolta does not sell charging and does not take payments.

05

Safety

Do not touch the phone while driving. Enter addresses and data when the car has stopped. In Android Auto, use only the car's screen.

06

Test version

The app is in closed testing. Features may change, be removed or not work. What changes in each version is listed in the app's bell, under "What's new".

07

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, our liability under product liability law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Outside those cases we are not liable for property damage caused by slight negligence that could not have been foreseen — for example if you relied only on the estimate without watching the car's dashboard.

08

What you may and may not do with the app

You may use the app personally and free of charge while testing lasts. Except as far as the law allows, you may not take it apart, extract its data in bulk or distribute it as your own.

09

Your personal data

How your data is processed is described in the Privacy Policy.

10

Acceptance, changes and ending

You accept these terms with the "I understand and accept" button in the app. The app keeps on the phone which version you accepted and when. If the terms change, they will be shown to you again before you continue.

You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it and its data (Settings → Apps → NaviVolta → Storage → Clear data).
